There are many differences between the standard of refrigerator glass and architectural glass, For example, refrigerator glass production has the following characters,  such as small glass size, high production speed, high glass cleanliness requirements, and high volume of Argon gas in IGU; therefore, corresponding adjustments have been made on the equipment, and the single station with one piece of glass is changed to double glass transmission; to apply guiding bar system instead of conventional back roller type on conveying section will effectively avoid the contact area between the glass and the back roller; the filter and sucker system are equipped on washing and press section to avoid unnecessary pollution of the glass. At the same time, the spacers also replaced the traditional aluminum spacers with warm edge spacer, which also added new difficulties to the spacer bending machine.
