From October 22 to 25, 2024, the glasstec exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany, was successfully held, bringing together glass processing plants, glass machinery manufacturers, and top industry distributors/agents from numerous countries around the world.
Hanjiang's booth featured several notable highlights:
1. Impressive Size
Covering 520 square meters, Hanjiang's booth is one of the largest among Chinese exhibitors. This area reflects our passion and commitment to the industry. Over the past decade, we have grown from an initial few dozen square meters to over 520 square meters, showcasing our immense efforts to cultivate the market and gain wider recognition.
2. Comprehensive Showcase
This time, Hanjiang showcased a fully automated super spacer gas filling Insulated glass line, including a Low-E glass washing machine, glass surface defect detection device-LINE EYES, super spacer applicator, gas filling press machine, and automatic sealing machine, all of which stood out at the exhibition in Germany. Customers expressed high recognition of our leading insulated glass processing technology. With the increasing demands for automation, the defect detection equipment and super spacer applicator attracted significant attention.
The defect detection device can identify various glass surface defects, such as scratches, bubbles, chipping, and fingerprints, and can determine the shape and size of the glass, automatically integrating this information into downstream equipment for subsequent production.
The super spacer applicator replaces the cumbersome manual tasks of bending, desiccant filling, applying butyl, and manually assembling frames with one machine, enabling fast and precise attaching of spacers. This truly achieves automation, reduces labor costs, and significantly enhances the quality and yield rate of insulated glass. We engaged in insightful discussions with clients about the superior performance of super spacers, providing them with new insights.
3. Diverse Clientele
The event not only gathered long-standing partners and distributors with whom we have collaborated for over a decade, but also attracted many new and returning clients.
Both new and existing customers expressed strong interest in our entire production line, successfully signing multiple orders for different configurations of insulated glass lines. This included repeat orders from longstanding clients, first-time orders from new customers, and referrals from agents/distributors.
